To the Editor:
Your front-page article regarding the residence-life education program at the University of Delaware was both poignant and timely ("U. of Delaware Abandons Sessions on Diversity," The Chronicle, November 16).
I work as a residence-hall director at a private liberal-arts college in St. Paul, and our campus-life department has recently embarked on creating our own cocurricular educational approach modeled, interestingly, on the Delaware program. In fact, we enlisted
