Susan Rosenfeld's essay on the failure of historians to remember the bombing at the University of Wisconsin at Madison during the Vietnam War deals with a real and significant issue, but it is itself badly flawed by a convenient historical amnesia ("The Fatal Bombing That Historians Ignore," The Review, August 17). ...
