.) The candidate's "Objective" is too long. You want something pithy and easy to take in at a glance. And an objective can change from one job opportunity to the next. In this case, drop the term "academic and profesional career" and develop one or two sentences to explain your objective.
.) The administrative content on the vita is terse, while there is more information about his own artwork. Since this candidate wants to be an administrator, it's important to highlight administrative experience. You can do that by grouping all administrative experience and presenting this section first.
.) Group teaching experience together, with relevant dates on the right.
.) Delete "Higher" -- it's unneccessary. Place current studies first, then follow with significant degrees and dates.
.) This candidate can establish his artistic credibility by showing permanent museum collections and the most important exhibitions.
.) This publication didn't fit with others and deserved a category of its own. By creating a separate category for art-education and technology publications, the candidate can highlight an area of expertise.
