Thailand Embroiled in Exam Scandal
Some of Thailand's most senior government officials are involved in a scandal over whether university entrance examinations were leaked.
The charges of corruption first emerged when it was revealed that the secretary general of the Higher Education Office, Voradej Chandarasom, had opened the sealed university entrance-exam booklets before the test was given to hundreds of thousands of high-school students in early March.
