Textbook Author Files Copyright Suit Against Publisher and U. of Phoenix
An emeritus professor of business from the University of Georgia says an international textbook publisher and the for-profit University of Phoenix have been knowingly using content without permission from a textbook he wrote seven years ago, as well as selling unauthorized versions of the book. He is suing the two giant enterprises for copyright infringement.
