Texas Judge Rejects Affiliation Plan for 2 Campuses
A Texas judge has ruled that South Texas College of Law's plan to affiliate with Texas A&M University violates the state's Constitution. A&M, which is a public university, did not have the power to sign an affiliation pact with the private law school, the judge found.
