Texas Governor Tries to Impeach a University Regent

Gov. Rick Perry of Texas moved on Friday to impeach the chairwoman of the board that governs Texas Southern University, the latest move in a running dispute over control of the university, the Houston Chronicle reported. —David L. Wheeler
