Texas A&M Will Charge Students Who Overuse Printers
In two years, computer-lab printing costs have risen 51 percent for Texas A&M University at College Station, prompting computing officials to start charging students for excessive printing.
Student fees will remain the same. But starting this fall, students who print more than 150 pages during a semester using the printers in the university's computer labs will be billed 4.9 cents for each extra page.
