Test-Preparation Company Countersues College Board
A legal battle between a test-preparation company in Texas and the College Board heated up last week. A few days after the New York-based owner of the SAT filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified damages from Karen Dillard College Prep, L.P., Ms. Dillard's company responded with a countersuit.
