Test Answers Leaked in the Philippines
Following revelations that the answers to the Philippines' national nursing examination were leaked, a Manila court has ordered that no examinees who passed the tainted test, given in June, be allowed to receive their licenses.
The court's ruling came after a nursing student told an investigating committee of the Philippine Senate how he and hundreds of other test takers had been given sample questions and answers to the licensing examination during a test-review session.
