Tenure Decisions at DePaul
To the Editor:
DePaul University is in the midst of evaluating all faculty members who have applied for tenure, the equivalent of lifelong employment. This is a responsibility that all academic institutions take very seriously, and the process at DePaul has very clear guidelines, all of which are detailed in our faculty handbook. As part of this tenure process, department faculty members, college faculty members, the dean, and faculty members serving on the University Board on Faculty
