Temple U. on Probation for NCAA Violations
The NCAA placed Temple University on probation for two years in May and imposed other penalties after its Division I Committee on Infractions cited the university for two major rules violations and several secondary infringements involving the men's tennis program and athletes in a number of other sports.
In penalties for one of the more serious violations, the university must lose men's tennis records for contests in the 2004-5 academic year in which an ineligible athlete
