Technology and Influential Blogs Helped Galvanize Protests at Gallaudet

When Gallaudet University's Board of Trustees voted last month to revoke the controversial appointment of the institution's president-designate, Ricky D. Taylor rushed to his blog. And thousands of Gallaudet students and alumni who opposed Jane K. Fernandes's appointment followed him.
