Teaching Assistants at U. of Minnesota Reject Union
For the second time in 10 years, graduate teaching assistants at the University of Minnesota have decisively rejected unionization.
Ballots counted last week showed 1,713 votes against the union, 1,248 in favor. About 73 per cent of the teaching and research assistants eligible to vote in the union election did so.
