Tariq Ramadan Loses U.S. Visa-Denial Case
A federal judge has ruled that the U.S. government acted legally when it denied a visa to Tariq Ramadan, a prominent European Muslim scholar, because he had donated money to a group that passed some of its funds to the Palestinian militant group Hamas.
