Taming the Parking Beast: the Options for Colleges

As colleges cast about for inexpensive ways to solve their parking problems, all eyes are on Ohio State University. The Buckeyes' Board of Trustees last month gave administrators authority to explore leasing the university's parking facilities to private operators for as much as $375-million over 50 years.
