Taking Anxiety Out of the Equation
Some professors say colleges should make mathematics more student-friendly
Rob Fiorillo always liked mathematics. In high school, he got an A- in calculus, and unlike many of his peers, he understood the material. When he arrived at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor this fall, he eagerly enrolled in an introductory calculus course.
