Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Appeal in Animal-Rights Case
The U.S. Supreme Court declined last week to consider an appeal by the National Association for Biomedical Research, which was seeking a reversal of a lower court's decision to give animal-rights activists the right to sue the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Last fall, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled that Marc Jurnove, with other animal-rights activists and the Animal Legal Defense
