Supreme Court Lets False-Claims Lawsuit Proceed Against University of Phoenix
The U.S. Supreme Court has declined a request from the University of Phoenix to intervene in a billion-dollar-plus whistle-blower lawsuit that was filed against the institution by two of its former admissions recruiters.
