Supreme Court Declines to Return to Conflict Over Student Fees
In declining to take up a case involving an Oregon community college's mandatory student-fee system, the U.S. Supreme Court has added to the confusion over how colleges should structure such systems to protect the First Amendment rights of students who do not want their money used to finance certain groups.
