Supreme Court Agrees to Hear State Challenge to Federal Disabilities Law
The Supreme Court said in late January that it would consider a constitutional challenge to the Americans With Disabilities Act, taking a case that will feature the same arguments as those that led a majority of the justices in mid-January to strike down a comparable federal statute protecting state employees from age bias.
Legal experts said that the disabilities law -- which students and college employees have used to gain benefits or special accommodations
