Supreme Court Again Declines to Hear Appeal of Key Affirmative-Action Case
For the second time in five years, the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the lawsuit known as Hopwood v. Texas, which led to the abolition of affirmative action at public colleges in Texas.
