Support for a Rare Breed: Tenured Women Chemists
They've got the promotions -- now they want respect
A dozen tenured female chemistry professors are squeezed around a table. They are hard-headed, hyperanalytical, highly successful women. Right now, they have their eyes closed, picturing someone they thoroughly dislike. Someone who's standing in their way, slowing them down, complicating their lives, causing them pain.
