Support Growing For Tuition in Africa
African universities are supporting a movement to introduce tuition in countries where higher education is traditionally free.
At a meeting of the Association of African Universities, in Nairobi, Kenya, this month, they adopted a resolution in support of tuition. The association, which has more than 170 member institutions from 43 countries, meets every four years.
