I am writing to express my concern over the article by Piper Fogg about Georgia's open-records law and the University of Georgia ("Paper Trail," The Chronicle, July 15). I was one of the faculty members interviewed for the piece, and I agreed to be interviewed because Ms. Fogg stated that the article would explore the uses and misuses of open-records acts on more than just my campus.
