Studying the 'Anthropology of Friendship'
Friendship can be troublingly complicated in day-to-day life. Anthropologically speaking, friendship hasn't been sufficiently distinguished from other kinds of personal ties, argue the authors of the essays collected in The Anthropology of Friendship (Berg Publishers).
