Study Urges Ontario to Increase Higher-Education Spending
A high-powered advisory group said in a report issued this month that the Ontario government must put at least a billion dollars more into its higher-education system by 2007-8, and that every qualified student, regardless of means, should be guaranteed a place at a college or university.
