Study Examines Race in Law Admissions
Virginia's two top public law schools give "massive" preference to black applicants, says a report released last week by an advocacy group that opposes affirmative action.
The Center for Equal Opportunity has issued several other reports accusing various public universities of discriminating against white applicants in undergraduate and medical-school admissions. The new report was its first to focus on law-school admissions.
