Students Work to Bring Out the Vote With Campus Polling Places
The key to getting more students to vote in national elections is to set up polling places on campuses, according to some student groups.
The United States Students Association has teamed up with several other groups, including Project Vote Smart and the National Campus Voter Registration Project, to help students get polling stations at their colleges.
"One of the biggest barriers to students' voting is access," says Portia Pedro, organizing director for the students
