Students With Disabilities Sue Over Medical-School Admissions Test
Four medical-school applicants with learning disabilities sued the Association of American Medical Colleges last month, saying it discriminated against them by not allowing them extra time and other accommodations on the Medical College Admission Test.
The lawyers who filed the lawsuit in a state court in California are seeking class-action status for it.
