Students Sue Professor and U. of Texas in Harassment Case
Eight current and former students at the University of Texas-Pan American sued the university and a criminal-justice professor in June, asserting that the institution had not adequately punished the professor after finding him guilty of sexual harassment. In fact, he was subsequently promoted.
