Students Sue Penn State and Temple Universities Over 'Speech Codes'
Two college students have filed federal lawsuits against Pennsylvania State University's main campus and Temple University, alleging that the public institutions have "speech codes" that violated the students' First Amendment rights.
The Alliance Defense Fund, a conservative, Christian legal-advocacy group in Arizona that is representing the students, filed the lawsuits in two U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania in late February.
