Students Need Help With Online Research
To the Editor:
Robert Berkman did the academic community a service by pointing out that search engines are not created equal, that search characteristics and features distinguish them, and that it is critical to become proficient with more than one engine ("Searching for the Right Search Engine," Opinion, January 21). With the bewildering array of options available, it is difficult to expect casual users of search engines to notice the significant differences
