Student Protests in Venezuela
To the Editor:
You wrote: "A violent clash between two student factions at Venezuela's largest university left dozens injured late last month, after thousands of students tried to forcibly remove radical protesters who had shut down the institution" ("Student Factions Clash in Venezuela," May 18). I believe that you are not describing the situation fairly.
The "radical protesters" took the university several months ago. The rest of the students have not had classes since then.
