Student Newspapers at Black Colleges

I'm a Howard University alumna and newspaper reporter, and I'm always happy to see publications like The Chronicle take an interest in what's going on at historically black colleges and universities. Leo Reisberg's article on censorship on H.B.C.U. campuses was an interesting, but incomplete, read ("Student Press at Black Colleges Faces 'a New Wave of Censorship,'" March 3). It gives the reader the impression that all H.B.C.U.'s are like Clark
