It is actually quite rare to read a Point of View piece in The Chronicle where almost every sentence, or at least every idea, strikes one as totally wrong or wrong-headed (these two designations should not be confused with each other). Lucia Perillo's "Why I Stopped Reading My Student Evaluations" (July 7) breaks the sound barrier in both categories of wrongfulness. ...
