Struggling to Turn Sarajevo Barracks Into Classrooms
For professors and students in the University of Sarajevo's agricultural division, there's good news and bad news.
The good news is that 12 years after their division's buildings were destroyed by Bosnian Serb gunners, they finally have a permanent home.
