Struggling to Turn Sarajevo Barracks Into Classrooms

For professors and students in the University of Sarajevo's agricultural division, there's good news and bad news.

The good news is that 12 years after their division's buildings were destroyed by Bosnian Serb gunners, they finally have a permanent home. Their departments are now housed in a renovated section of the old Marshal Tito Barracks, a walled compound on the edge of the old city that housed United Nations peacekeepers during Sarajevo's 42-month siege.
