The Supreme Court's refusal to hear a college censorship case is worrying student-newspaper advocates
The U.S. Supreme Court declined last week to hear a case that asked whether a college administrator may censor a student newspaper. The decision let stand a lower court's ruling that could extend to university officials the same authority to review and censor student publications that high-school administrators have.
