State University Presses Create Regional Encyclopedias
PLACE HOLDERS: In October 2004, the University of Chicago Press, the Newberry Library, and the Chicago Historical Society published a joint project, The Encyclopedia of Chicago, edited by James R. Grossman, Ann Durkin Keating, and Janice L. Reiff. It was an immediate hit.
