State Seeks $18-Million Repayment From U. of Idaho Foundation
The Idaho attorney general's office has laid down the law for the University of Idaho Foundation and its Board of Directors.
The state wants repayment of $18-million, plus interest, for "wrongful acts and omissions" in managing two trust accounts used to help develop a University of Idaho satellite campus in Boise.
