State Lawyers Urge Judge to Reject Verdict in Iowa State U. Tenure Case
Lawyers from the office of Iowa's attorney general have urged a judge to throw out a jury's recent verdict that an Iowa State University faculty member abused his institution's administrative-complaint process in making accusations of gender discrimination against two colleagues he viewed as obstacles to his tenure.
