State Judge Who Decided the Winner in U. of Kentucky Student-Government Case Declines to Reconsider

A state-court judge has declined to reconsider his ruling that declared the winner of the election for student-government president at the University of Kentucky.

Though not quite Bush v. Gore, the case has sparked an unusually lengthy and bitter dispute, and brought about the rarity of a judge's deciding a campus vote.
