State Funds for Telecourses

I'm flabbergasted and dismayed that the Colorado Commission on Higher Education would consider such a grave change in its funding policy ("Colorado Commission Rules Against State Subsidies for Packaged Telecourses," April 5). Ironically, it comes at a time when we're seeing major telecourse producers use ... expanded technological enhancements and improved print materials.
