State Ethics Panel Clears 3 at U. of South Alabama Foundation
The Alabama Ethics Commission has cleared three officials of the University of South Alabama Foundation of charges that they had violated state ethics laws. The commission this month ruled 4 to 0, with one abstention, that it did not have enough evidence to conclude that the three former employees of the university had used their positions to negotiate new jobs with the foundation, said James L.
