State Colleges Association Names New Official

The American Association of State Colleges and Universities has named Daniel Hurley as its new director of state relations and policy analysis.

Mr. Hurley has been director of university relations and administrative services for the State Universities of Michigan Presidents Council, a nonprofit group that serves the state's 15 public universities. Before that, he was at Ferris State University, where he had been assistant to the president, co-director of the Career Institute for
