Stanford U.'s Band Must March to a New Beat
In July administrators at Stanford University walked in disbelief through the marching band's wrecked practice facility. They found doors off their hinges and smashed windows. A few walls had been spray painted, and others appeared to have been damaged by axes and sledgehammers. And, inexplicably, cans of peaches littered the scene.
