Standards Inadequate for 2-Year Colleges
State policy makers should reassess their higher-education accountability systems to ensure that they appropriately measure community colleges' diverse missions and differing definitions of student success, according to a new report by the Institute for Higher Education Policy, a nonprofit research organization.
