St. Andrews University Is Abuzz Even Before Prince William Enrolls There
Camera crews and London nightclub owners are flocking to St. Andrews, Scotland, for something other than its renowned golf courses.
The draw this time: This fall, Prince William, the elder son of the heir to the British throne, will enroll as an art-history major at St. Andrews University.
Already the small seaside town on the Fife coast is buzzing. Realtors report new interest in property. The owner of a chain of London clubs was reportedly looking at sites in town for a branch
