Spring-Break Desires Vary by Sex, Study Finds
Advertisers, take note: A new study suggests ways that the hospitality industry can capitalize on the differences between what college men and women want to do on spring break.
In the survey, male students were primarily concerned with party-related factors -- such as opportunities for sex and alcohol and drug use -- in selecting a destination. Female students were primarily concerned with competitive prices, destination image, and high-quality service.
