Southern U. Chancellor Charged With DWI
The chancellor of Southern University at New Orleans was arrested in February on charges of driving while intoxicated, according to police in Baton Rouge, La.
Joseph Bouie Jr., the chancellor, was also charged with running a red light and reckless driving after he was stopped on a Friday evening in Baton Rouge. He was released on $1,750 bond.
